5 Tips to Healthy Fasting Ramadan

1. Eat "Complex Carbohydrates" When Sahur

5. Fixed Sports
Doing light exercise such as stretching or walking during fasting is highly recommended. In addition to helping maintain weight, exercise also serves to boost circulation and keep your body fitness.
