The easiest way to eliminate bad breath during fasting course diligently cleaning theteeth, especially after a meal. Because after 30 minutes of not eating, mouth acidityincreases because the residual acid is removed. In addition to maintaining healthy teeth and mouth, here are some tips to overcome bad breath:
 Increase consumption of water.
 Increase consumption of fruits repellent bad breath like apples, yam and carrots.
 Stop smoking and drinking alcohol.
 Check into your dentist at least six months.

- Water (to taste)

Take 3-5 cloves flower seeds. Brewed with enough water about 5 minutes, then chill.Use this water to rinse.
