Material:
a. 1 kg medium sized prawns
b. Flour / corn meal 1 kg
c. Chicken eggs 4 items
d. Sugar to taste
e. Kitchen salt to taste
Directions:
1. Shrimp that has been cleansed skin and head, until finely ground.
2. Flour made deeg (java: jladren) then shrimps collision included in deeg flour with eggs, then enter sugar and salt, stirring until blended.
3. Once evenly deeg created / printed form a long round, then steamed until cooked, when cooked and cool, then cut thinly. Then dried in the sun to dry.
4. When you want to served fried.
