Recipes Soto Java

Material:
a. Pecan 12 seeds
b. Turmeric and ginger 4 slices
c. Onion and white 12 seeds
d. Loncang / celery 10 seeds
e. Tomato and Blimbing wuluh 5 seeds
f. Sere 3 pieces g. Beef and bones 4 kg

Directions:
1. Flesh and bones boiled until soft and oily (process a)
2. Bamboo as / dc finely ground and then fried with a little oil (process b)
3. Seasonings as / dc was inserted into the process a and b added ingredient d, e, f after new mature served.
