Egg Noodles Recipe

Material:

a. 6 pieces of chicken eggs
b. 1.5 kg of wheat flour
c. Water kie / warm water to taste
d. Yellow dye / teres taste
e. Ssecukupnya salt
f. MSG / moto taste

Directions:
1. Chicken eggs beaten until fluffy and enter a little flour into the egg mixture.


2. Then the water kie included in the mixture and then knead the mixture until a dough cake.

3. Then the mixture thinned and sliced into small and elongated like a noodle.

4. After this material was put into boiling water while in the mix until about 5 minutes then let the noodles taken with the filter water is not lifted. Then the dried noodles to dry.
